Made to Order

"Made to order" means we do not currently carry these items in stock. These items must follow factory minimums and they have to go through the production process to receive the Hess decoration once an order is placed. Items made to order have different production lead times and ship upon completion. On average 12-15 business days should be expected for the production process. Please budget enough time for order processing and shipping. Also, please note if you check out with both In-Stock and Made to Order products, your items will ship together following the production of the Made to Order item. **ALL apparel, bags, and headwear have a 1-piece minimum​​**
