Can I ship my order to an international location?
No, for all international orders, you have one of two options: If you office out of a U.S. location, you can ship your order to your office, and they can help you ship your product internationally. Or, you can contact stores@mycorporateexpressions.com, and their custom team can help you place your order and ship the product to your desired location. We offer these options because the website cannot calculate duties and taxes for international orders.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES THE HESS COMPANY STORE ACCEPT?
The Hess Company Store accepts all major credit cards and store issued gift cards.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
In-Stock items are available to ship within 1-2 business days.
Made to order items have different production lead times and ship upon completion. When an order is placed the apparel, hat, or backpack is shipped from the manufacturer to then receive the embroidery decoration. On average 12-15 business days should be expected for the production process. Please budget enough time for order processing and shipping.
Please note that if you are to check out with an in-stock item and an on-demand item, your items will ship together following the production of the on-demand item included in the order.
Can I make a change to my order?
Yes. Assuming your order has not already gone into production or shipped, you can make changes by contacting customer service.
How do I return or exchange items?
Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization. If an item is defective in any way, we will pay the return freight. Otherwise, you may ship back to us at your convenience. See our Return and Exchange Policy for detailed information.
What if I need something that's not currently for sale on the Hess Company Store website?
If there is an item you are interested in purchasing that is not found on the Hess site, reach out to your My Corporate Expressions dedicated Program Manager by using the Contact Us form. All types of apparel, promotional, gift, and printed items are available through this custom order request channel. Order quantity minimums and lead times may vary by item.
Can I expedite shipping?
Yes. In-stock orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Made to order items are not available for same day or next day shipping. If you have any questions email our Customer Service at stores@mycorporateexpressions.com or call us (832) 688-8627.
What are the brand guidelines for the Hess logo?
All items offered on www.TheHessStore.com follow the brand guidelines and are approved for purchase. The logo should never be altered in any way. The logo color is PANTONE 3415C. The full color logo, on a white or light background is the primary and preferred usage. In cases where this color does not provide enough contrast with the background, a reverse application of the logo may be used. For example, on a black shirt, hat or bag the white logo is preferred, but the green logo is allowed.
What are the brand guidelines for additional custom logos?
To order any items with an additional custom logo please contact stores@mycorporateexpressions.com. The Hess logo must be the primary logo on the desired item. For example, on apparel the Hess logo should be decorated on the front with the additional logo added to the sleeve or the back. Examples of additional logos may include but are not limited to team names, project titles, etc. All additional custom logos should be approved through the Hess Communications team.
What does Made to Order mean?
"Made to order" means we do not currently carry these items in stock. These items must follow factory minimums and they have to go through the production process to receive the Hess decoration once an order is placed. Items made to order have different production lead times and ship upon completion. On average 12-15 business days should be expected for the production process. Please budget enough time for order processing and shipping.
